Eric spent over 20 years in corporate America working his way up to the management ranks at MCI Telecommunications and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). In 2012 after helping with the transition of EDS being purchased by Hewlett Packard (HP), Eric was laid-off! 

After looking for the next phase of his career, he decided to look at sales as an option. In 2013, Eric obtained his real estate license and became one of the top producing real estate agents in a brokerage of over 400 agents. 

Eric will deliver fast-paced, engaging, high-impact keynote speeches and workshops that provide practical tools to improve communication and leadership, build emotional intelligence and build unstoppable resilience.

Eric Hogue also served as the Mayor of Wylie, Texas for over 12 years (the longest serving Mayor in the city's 133 year history). As the legislative head of the government, Eric represented a community of nearly 55,000 citizens at local, state and federal functions. 

Eric is also a published author of the children's book, Clinky the Clown and the Secret of Happyville. The chapter book is written for 9 – 12 year olds and focuses on various life lessons.
